Our story

Sales Engine started as a sales-led business. The early work focused on improving sales performance, helping leadership teams build pipeline, sharpen execution and lift conversion in environments where growth had become harder than it should be.

 

Over time, the conversations with clients changed. The pressure was rarely sitting in sales alone. Marketing was gathering activity that was not converting. Customer success was carrying revenue risk no one was naming. Leadership teams needed a more honest view across the whole commercial system, not just one part of it.

 

So the proposition evolved. Today Sales Engine is a connected commercial consultancy spanning marketing, sales and customers, built for B2B organisations operating in complex commercial environments where the work has to hold up under real pressure.
